If you have a tool that breaks, you have three choices:
One: call 800-562-5161 ask for warranty claims and we will immediately access your file. We look for the date of purchase to confirm the tool is under warranty. We will attempt to troubleshoot the problem to solve the issue so you can get back to work as quick as possible.
Two: If there is no quick solution we will call our local field representative and have one delivered asap. We are still growing territories, so, field reps are stretched thin for 2008.
Three: If step one or two doesn’t work…well, we will overnight you the replacment part you need or a replacement loaner tool. We will include return instructions and we will bear the cost for the return. We will repair your tool immediately and return you original tool to you at which time you will return our loaner.
Our goal is to keep you running at all times. Downtime costs money and we understand what it takes to make money in the drywall business. Work, work, work!!!
